Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the bajliv platform. By registering or accessing bajliv, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Overview and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bajliv platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and related services operated under the bajliv brand ("the Platform", "we", "us", "bajliv").
By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the bajliv platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with bajliv's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bajliv platform. bajliv reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use bajliv. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. bajliv reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately with any balance refunded.
Each individual may hold only one bajliv account. Duplicate accounts โ whether created intentionally or accidentally โ are prohibited. bajliv uses identity verification procedures to detect and close duplicate accounts. Balances on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
bajliv accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (เงณ). Minimum deposit is เงณ200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take up to 3 business days to process.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Attempting to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, fraudulent chargebacks, and any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage over bajliv or other players are strictly prohibited. bajliv will pursue all available legal remedies against users found to have engaged in fraudulent activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajliv login credentials. bajliv will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a suspected breach to bajliv support immediately.
2. Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 21 years of age to register with bajliv and to place any real-money bet or wager. By clicking "Register" or otherwise creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bajliv reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time. If you are found to be under the age of 21, your account will be suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposit amounts will be refunded to the original payment method used, minus any processing fees incurred.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Registration information includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bajliv account. If you already hold a bajliv account, you must not register a new account. Where bajliv identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, bajliv reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, merge balances at its sole discretion, and apply any bonus restrictions it deems appropriate.
Your bajliv account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access your account or use your login credentials. bajliv accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your account credentials confidential.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
bajliv currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (เงณ). bajliv reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.
The minimum deposit amount is เงณ200. bajliv may set maximum deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual account level at its discretion. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits via their account settings as part of bajliv's responsible gaming tools. Voluntarily set limits that are reduced take effect immediately; requests to increase a voluntarily set limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your bajliv account, or to a verified payment method linked to your verified identity. bajliv reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1โ3 business days. bajliv reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or responsible gaming checks.
Funds deposited into your bajliv account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform only. bajliv does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds that are not used for gaming activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in clause 9 of these Terms.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a bajliv transaction, without first exhausting bajliv's internal dispute resolution process, is considered a material breach of these Terms. bajliv reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any disputed funds through all available legal means if a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback is raised.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by bajliv are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where a specific promotional term conflicts with these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page. bajliv recommends that you read and understand the wagering requirements fully before opting into any promotion.
bajliv monitors all bonus activity. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or game the bonus system โ including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus manipulation โ will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Bonus funds and free bets have an expiry date which will be communicated at the time of award. Bonus funds or free bets not used before their expiry date will be removed from your account automatically without compensation.
5. Game Rules and Betting Rules
All casino games offered on bajliv use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and their outcomes are determined by their respective certified systems. bajliv does not manipulate game outcomes.
Sports betting markets on bajliv are governed by the specific rules for each sport and bet type, as published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, bajliv's decision โ based on official result sources โ shall be final and binding. bajliv reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communication error during a game or betting event, bajliv reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to the affected player's account. bajliv is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
bajliv may apply maximum win limits to individual games, sessions, or bet types. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be communicated within the relevant game or bet market. Any winnings exceeding a published maximum win limit will be reduced to that limit, and the excess will not be paid.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajliv platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.
- Registering with false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information.
- Registering or using bajliv if you are under 21 years of age.
- Holding more than one bajliv account simultaneously.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on bajliv.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain โ any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
- Using proceeds from criminal or fraudulent activity to fund your bajliv account (money laundering).
- Sharing your account access with another person or accessing another person's account without their consent.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing bajliv staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to circumvent bajliv's identity verification, responsible gaming, or anti-fraud systems.
7. Responsible Gaming
bajliv is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. bajliv provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the bajliv platform โ including but not limited to the bajliv brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audiovisual content โ is the property of bajliv or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajliv platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the bajliv platform without prior written consent from bajliv.
9. Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. bajliv will notify you via email or SMS before applying any inactivity fee. Following notification, if no login is made within 30 days, a monthly inactivity fee of เงณ100 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from your account balance each calendar month. The inactivity fee will not reduce your balance below zero.
To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to bajliv at any time. Reactivation is free of charge. Upon reactivation, no further inactivity fees will be applied unless a subsequent period of inactivity of 12 months occurs.
10. Limitation of Liability
bajliv endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bajliv's reasonable control. bajliv is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by Platform downtime.
bajliv is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming or betting activity on the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to manage your gaming activity within your financial means. bajliv strongly recommends that you set personal deposit and loss limits appropriate to your financial circumstances.
The bajliv platform integrates services provided by third parties, including game providers, payment processors, and data feed providers. bajliv is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties, and any disputes regarding third-party services should be raised with bajliv support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajliv's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bajliv account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Privacy and Data
bajliv's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using bajliv, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bajliv uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted to and from the Platform and does not sell your personal data to third parties.
12. Amendments to These Terms
bajliv reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bajliv will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal or regulatory compliance, security reasons, or to prevent ongoing harm to users or the Platform.
Your continued use of bajliv after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact bajliv support to request account closure.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws governing online gaming operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of bajliv that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration.
To initiate a dispute, please contact bajliv support in writing at [email protected]. bajliv will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved between the parties directly, bajliv will propose a mutually agreed independent arbitration mechanism.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bajliv with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
bajliv's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any breach shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
